The Piran Park is situated on the Mogoron hill, covering the exceptional location just under the city walls and offering an amazing view of the Slovenian coast all the way to Italian Grado and Venice. The area covered is the only green part of the city of Piran and the presented solution is dedicated to preserve it as such. The existing terrace is partly redesigned into the amphitheatre shaped terraces, providing the Piran residents, as well as the visitors, a park, recreational area and the viewpoint, which Piran currently does not have. Park with its unique ambient can therefore become a perfect place for hosting various outdoor events. The lower part of the park is transformed into a childrens’ creative playground, called ‘the jungle’, leaving them room for co-creating the place.
