Water sports area with a new building is situated on the entrance of Bernardin hotel complex. The facility is trying to visually widen the coastline towards the sea with its transparency. The walker is constantly keeping the visual touch with the sea, even when strolling behind the building. The building consists of three sea-facing volumes, hosting a small-vessel storage, a wardrobe and a small bar with a view of the sea. Between the building and the sea there is a platform for manoeuvring the boats, well protected against the bora wind.
